About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Leader to join our team at LeoVegas Group. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and governing the architecture within your domain. Your primary focus will be on evolving key platforms and systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with our overall enterprise architecture.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Designing and maintaining a scalable and resilient architecture for the domain.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency and effective implementation.
  3. Defining and enforcing architectural standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  4. Shaping the domain's technical roadmap and aligning it with our long-term IT strategy and emerging technologies.
  5. Identifying and mitigating risks related to security, compliance, and technology obsolescence.
  6. Evolving architecture based on business needs, technology trends, and stakeholder feedback.
  7. Maintaining clear documentation and providing regular architecture updates.

Our Successful Candidate Will Possess:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. A deep understanding of cloud platforms (GCP), Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot framework, MySQL, and Kafka.
  2. Strategic thinking skills to align domain-specific solutions with broader business and IT strategies.
  3. Strong communication skills to articulate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Problem-solving skills to tackle domain-specific challenges.
  5. Leadership skills to drive collaboration across multiple departments and influence architectural decisions.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in the iGaming, banking, or other high-transactional solutions industries.
