This position involves providing top-notch technical support to international customers via phone and email in German and English.

Proficiency in both languages is crucial for success.

1. Deliver exceptional support to customers across various channels.
2. Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues.
3. Document defects and follow up on findings to ensure successful resolution.
4. Determine when to escalate complex issues to RnD and Second Line teams.
5. Foster strong relationships with internal departments and communicate effectively at all levels.
6. Provide product and customer knowledge to other departments as needed.
