The role of a Battery Cell Quality Assurance Specialist at Altris AB is to ensure the highest standards of quality in battery cell production.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify and address any quality issues.
This position requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills and a background in battery technology and/or quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures.
- Conducting regular inspections and testing of battery cells at various stages of production.
- Analyzing data from inspections and testing to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
- Collaborating with the production team to communicate quality standards and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
- Maintaining detailed records of quality control activities.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
