About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Storytelling Director to lead our consumer PR & publicity efforts. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that cultivate relationships with media, engage our target audience, and boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and ensuring alignment between business objectives and consumer PR strategy
  2. Driving consumer PR & publicity strategy at the highest level in close collaboration with regions, corporate comms, IR, internal communications, product & tech, and the rest of the marketing organisation
  3. Designing and implementing strategies that cultivate media relationships, engage target audiences, and boost brand awareness
  4. Evaluating PR effectiveness, tracking KPIs, reporting on, and analysing results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A documented track record of orchestrating powerful content and product launches using the full range of PR tools from social media and influencer activation to concerted publicity in relevant media
  2. 10+ years' experience in the PR and Communications industry
  3. Experience in a relevant leadership position in a consumer PR or publicity department or agency
  4. Experience with event management for content launches, new market launches, and awards events is highly desired
  5. MBA or equivalent
