Role Overview

The PLM/CAD Solutions Specialist will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of existing Siemens PLM software (including Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and NX). This role involves creating new software solutions to address specific business challenges and rigorously testing these solutions to ensure they meet established requirements.
You will engage in all development activities, employing systematic methodologies to enhance the development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring environments in line with H&M standards and collaborating with business users and vendors to fulfill all project requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage DevOps practices to maintain and upgrade current systems while exploring future technologies aligned with H&M's strategic objectives.
To effectively support the Interior Product team (Non-Commercial Goods), you will gather requirements and maintain close communication with various stakeholders throughout the organization. A hands-on approach and a willingness to contribute at all levels are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of essential PLM and CAD applications. Collaborate within a team to manage all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Communicate effectively with product management and other teams regarding interfaces and dependencies. Engage with stakeholders on various topics, including user support through training sessions and workshops. Manage application operations at an enterprise level, including installations, configurations, packaging, deployment, maintenance, and support. Integrate with DevOps infrastructure for continuous integration, testing, and deployment. Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions for enterprise implementation. Work within agile methodologies, such as the SAFe framework. Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline. Exhibit pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate the implications of various technologies and platforms. Demonstrate excellent networking and communication skills across business and IT domains. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology, particularly in the Custody & Investment sector. Be fluent in English. Possess a background in software development.

Building Relationships:
You will serve as a trusted advisor, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders across Business, Business Operations, and Technology. Your insights will be vital in aligning our architecture with the evolving needs of our Custody and Investment services.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should possess proven experience in the following areas:

A degree in science, technology, or engineering. Over 7 years of experience in administering and implementing Siemens PLM Suite applications, preferably within the retail sector. Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Active Workspace, Teamcenter, and NX applications. Strong programming and database administration skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with Cloud/Azure solutions is advantageous. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, planning, and abstract thinking abilities. Capability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively. Integrate software with existing systems effectively. Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and automation testing methodologies. Collaborate closely with senior developers, software engineers, and data scientists to enhance knowledge and expertise. Document software solutions ensuring compliance with H&M standards.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time permanent position. The role requires on-site presence.
