We are seeking a highly skilled Digital ServiceNow Strategist to join our team at Tietoevry Tech Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow implementations that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the Nordic markets.
  • Advise senior client leadership on IT and non-IT service management challenges, developing technical solutions that align with their strategy and goals.
  • Oversee the delivery roadmap, providing accurate estimates and timelines, and maintain solution integrity throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM, including CSM and HR. They will also possess good knowledge of ServiceNow On-Premise implementation and be able to create client-specific solutions leveraging industry best practices.

In this role, you will collaborate with our vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery. You will also communicate effectively with both business and technical partners, staying updated on industry trends, new ServiceNow features, and third-party solutions to identify opportunities and impacts.
