About the Role

As the Lead Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you'll be a key player in our Business Solutions team, overseeing Redeploy Insight's business applications, design, analytics, requirement engineering, UX, and Power Platform initiatives. Your role involves defining the strategic direction of our Power Platform offerings and aligning our architecture with other teams at Redeploy Insight.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Business Design, Business Analytics, and ML/AI teams to deliver exceptional Power Platform solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's Power Platform.
  • Leading and coordinating application design and planning with other Business Applications team members.
  • Consulting and creating Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, automating business functions with Power Automate, improving business functions with Power Virtual Agents, and innovating with Teams Automation using Power Platform.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and adapt as challenges arise.
  • Using connectors to link disparate systems to Power Platform applications and guiding API development for Line of Business applications.
  • Identifying areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
  • Collaborating with the QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolving questions about test results.
  • Developing components based on business and/or application requirements.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a great communicator who can present, visualize, and translate complex technical and business scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also need to be a natural leader, open-minded, positive, driven, and curious, with a passion for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Additionally, you'll require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years commercial experience working with Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Power Fx.
  • Knowledge of change management and use of Azure DevOps for Power Platform.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications and Power Platform Certifications.
  • Working proficiency in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Any of the following Microsoft Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate.

Any of the following Power Platform Certifications:

  • Power App.
  • Power Automate.
  • Power Virtual Agent.
  • Teams Automation.
