About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Saab, a leading defense and security company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
