The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and orchestrating improvements needed to support the activities in the mission scope and ensuring a consistent way of working towards the Volvo organization.

  • Foster collaboration with various stakeholders on all levels of the organization to promote and facilitate activities in scope.
  • Identify roadblocks and escalate them to the right levels to ensure seamless execution.
  • Participate in business change management to bridge the gap between activity owners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in governance, and a proven track record of delivering results in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement systematic approaches to secure successful completion of Priority 0 initiatives and other areas of responsibility.
  • Prioritize activities and tasks to ensure optimal results for the team.
  • Collaborate with the IOS TACC team to promote activities and provide information sessions and trainings for areas in scope.

Requirements:

  • University/Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience within Application Operations and ITIL, SIAM is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and prioritize topics.
  • Complete proficiency in English.
