Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain traditional IT solutions on-site and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Utilize modern frameworks to support daily business operations and ongoing AAA game development projects
  • Automate tasks, implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures, and document processes
  • Improve infrastructure and workflow, including onboarding, deployment, and working from home
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users
  • Maintain, secure, and restrict access to new and existing services
  • Monitor and report on services, implementing and maintaining procedures as needed
  • Ensure all services used by the studio are up and running
  • Review and implement software to be used
  • Support studio teams hands-on when needed and contribute to proactive first-line support
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in an agile environment in a key IT role
  • 10+ years of scripting language experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar
  • Advanced experience with Windows and Linux, including remote management of devices
  • Experience with global IT operations, cloud services, and virtualization platforms
  • Knowledge of the Google environment and experience in a similar role from a tech/gaming environment
  • A proactive, organized, and strategic mindset
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
