Do you enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team? As a Technical Service Specialist - Hospital Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient monitoring solutions at hospitals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center.

  • Managing detailed quality documentation in adherence to medical directive standards.

  • Providing exceptional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

You're the Right Fit if:

  • You have a relevant medical or electrical engineering educational background.

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience working with medical devices; understanding the special character of working in hospitals is preferable.

  • You have a strong interest in IT solutions, including knowledge of networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server).

  • You're a self-motivated, task-oriented team player who is persistent in achieving goals.

  • You possess a highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of your own projects.

  • You hold a driver's license and are willing to travel.
