Leadership Opportunity
As the Museum of Furniture Studies Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and develop a talented team of professionals dedicated to creating a world-class museum experience. You will be responsible for establishing and running The Museum of Furniture Studies in Älmhult, ensuring its continued growth and success as a global design destination.

About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) reporting directly to the Destination & Museum Manager. You will be responsible for developing and securing a unique experience through a constantly evolving offer with exhibitions, seminars, education, trainings, workshops, and more. Your expertise in furniture design and leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals and vision.

Main Responsibilities
- Establish and run The Museum of Furniture Studies in Älmhult
- Develop and secure a unique experience for all visitors
- Lead and develop The Museum of Furniture Studies team
- Create preconditions for co-workers to perform and deliver
- Act according to company values

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in developing business and people linked to creative and/or design processes
- In-depth knowledge of furniture design
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work and lead in change
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiatives
- Fluency in English
