Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Data & AI team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced algorithms and models to enhance and automate our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning algorithms to optimize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and performance prediction.
  • Contribute to the development of Generative AI solutions to empower our Ad platform with powerful and relevant text automations at scale.
  • Lead the deployment of your models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate the effectiveness of your models within relevant statistical frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our AI solutions seamlessly into our platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and innovations in machine learning and Generative AI, ensuring BrightBid AB remains at the forefront of AI technologies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
  • Good knowledge of software development practices, including versioning, CI/CD, etc.
  • Proficiency with Python and standard machine learning libraries, algorithms, and frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow).
  • Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI's GPT, LLaMA, or other open-source or fine-tuned models) used at scale in a production environment.
  • Collaborative work experience in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to a positive and innovative team culture.
