About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) team. As CISO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an information security strategy that protects Qliro Group's assets and ensures compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business continuity and improve our security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an information security strategy that protects Qliro Group's assets.
  • Lead the ISRM team to ensure compliance with legal requirements related to information security, risk management, and privacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business continuity and improve our security posture.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and risk management frameworks for InfoSec governance.
  • Oversee third-party risk management, including vendor onboarding and annual reviews.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience leading an InfoSec team or holding a senior InfoSec role (CISO or Head of InfoSec).
  • Experience in the finance industry, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and certifications such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, CISA, or CISSP.
  • A background in technology, such as IT auditing, development, or IT operations, is highly beneficial.
