The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundwork Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Groundwork Construction Supervisor, you will report directly to the Area Construction Manager and be responsible for the detailed planning and execution of construction works on our site.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans in collaboration with the EPCm site management team.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure that all construction works are carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Site Management: Oversee the execution of planned works and communicate with the EPCm site management team.
• Validation: Verify executed volumes and ensure that they meet the required standards.
• Meetings and Investigations: Participate in meetings with EPCm/Contractors and conduct investigations as required by the Area Construction Manager.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, with a leading position.
• Skills: Experience of coordinating people and technical aspects, knowledge of applicable norms and standards, and experience of working on construction sites.
