About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity for a junior talent to grow into the role of Junior Release Train Engineer working with our four DevOps teams delivering and running our acquiring processing services in the most efficient way and the wider Worldline Value Stream (VS) organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events.
  • Managing risks and interdependencies.
  • Coding and mentoring.
  • Ensuring alignment across our teams, other ARTs and with external stakeholders.
  • Promoting continuous improvement.

You will be coached into the role by a senior RTE who will also act as your mentor.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Knowledge of lean-agile ways of working including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
  • Collaboration, communication, and speaking your mind with respect to those around you is of high importance for us in addition to a curious mentality, willingness to grow and exchange your ideas and knowledge together with your teammates.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Experience from a regulated environment like payments or any other regulated domain is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence and Monday.com.
