Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce Projects – Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, track milestones, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Resource Management – Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient use of time and effort.
- Change Management & Adoption – Support user adoption by coordinating training, facilitating change management initiatives, and ensuring smooth transition to new Salesforce solutions.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing – Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants, helping them understand project management best practices, improve delivery efficiency, and contribute to overall project success.
- Continuous Improvement – Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive improvements in project delivery processes.
