Human Capital Strategist

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping and nurturing our company culture, driving business results, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to client groups, focusing on competency development, succession planning, talent management, and labor relations.
• Coach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development, and organization effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address client group requirements and apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital.
• Present, train, and facilitate workforce development programs, supporting communication on and utilization of performance management tools and processes.
• Lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders to enhance overall performance and build human capital capability.
• Conduct and manage investigations of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications.
