Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving our commission model forward, working closely with sales teams to achieve commercial targets, and mentoring a colleague within the team.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment that rewards creativity, innovation, and collaboration. We're looking for someone who shares our values, is passionate about their work, and is ready to take on new challenges.
Requirements- Proven track record in sales controlling, commission modeling, or a related field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of data analysis and presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Academic background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
