About Our Team
We are a dedicated group of engineers focused on chassis components and installations. Our work environment is characterized by enthusiasm, teamwork, and trust. Our responsibilities encompass both short-term and long-term strategies for our components and systems.

Your Role
As a Mechanical Engineer at Volvo Group, you will contribute to the development of our future products, facing numerous exciting challenges. In this role, you will be involved in the Chassis Equipment development, including projects such as side underrun protection and air tank installations. You will collaborate closely with engineers within your team, as well as analysts and other engineers, both locally and globally. Your work will include developing new components and systems while ensuring the quality of existing products in your area.

To excel in this position, you should be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. You will need to work in a structured and analytical manner, prioritize your tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities. Embracing new opportunities and challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm is essential. Familiarity with our products and truck applications is an advantage.

Qualifications
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in product development is essential, with a preference for candidates from the automotive sector.
- Several years of experience in 3D modeling and PDM systems, preferably Creo and PDMLink.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
