Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Analyst to join our team in Älmhult. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a creative problem-solving approach, and strong knowledge of data analysis, modeling, and performance follow-up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, assessing, and analyzing IKEA's environmental, social, and economic impact. This includes developing and implementing strategic commitments and goals related to sustainability topics such as Healthy and Sustainable Living, circularity, waste, climate, and fair and equal practices.
The role also involves leading the development of content and data to ensure sustainability reporting obligations are fulfilled, including CSRD, ESPR, and due diligence reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team and with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of data analysis, modeling, and performance follow-up within a complex company setup.
- Experience and knowledge in sustainability topics and external reporting standards such as CSRD, SBTN, TNFD, and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
