Job Summary:

Lantmännen Cerealia is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Malmö. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing quality improvements throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement quality improvements
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. food science, quality engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with quality management software and systems
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Fluency in Swedish and English
