Job Title: Appointed Person - Lifting Operations Manager

Winthrop Technologies, a leading data centre delivery partner, is seeking an experienced Appointed Person - Lifting Operations Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all lifting activities onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective lifting plans to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage and coordinate with lifting teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lifting operations with other project activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to lifting team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Appointed Person & Crane Supervisor Training Qualification
  • Proven experience in lifting operations management in a data centre or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of lifting regulations and company policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
