- Project Management: Lead the procurement process for battery storage systems, including vendor selection and contracting, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for storage implementation projects, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the charging team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
- Project Execution: Manage project execution, including site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, including financial metrics, milestones, and deliverables, and report progress to senior management, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the operation of Energy solutions, mainly BESS, together with the charging team, maintaining a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience, including working with project delivery and/or implementation.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex technical challenges, and propose solutions, as well as experience in industry and BESS.
- Language: Fluency in English.
