\Job Description
\This role involves providing functional support to business users and working closely with Dynamics Technical Architects, stakeholders, and implementation partners. The ideal candidate will serve as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, responsible for understanding business requirements related to Base Accounting, purchase-to-pay processes, and reporting across various countries.
\Responsibilities

- Design and drive Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.\
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.\
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.\
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.\
- Implement best practices for financial and operational processes within the system.\
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications and test plans.\
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical architects, and developers to ensure consistent and sustainable solutions integrated with other systems.\
- Manage external resources during the development of portfolio solutions to deliver according to the defined architecture and hand-over plans.\
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 features and capabilities, leveraging new functionality to improve business processes.\
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Dynamics 365 implementations.\
- Assist stakeholders with functional issues related to Dynamics 365.\

Requirements
\To succeed in this role, you should have:
\- \
- A university degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.\
- 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant.\
- A strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O accounting, taxes, reporting, and purchase-to-pay modules.\
- Experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across several countries and business units.\
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems and applications.\
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\
- International experience and an understanding of cultural differences.\
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable working across language barriers.\
