About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER HOSPITAL PATIENT MONITORING EXPERT to join our team. As a key member of the Service and Solution Delivery team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success by enhancing value creation and collaboration in Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager Hospital Patient Monitoring Expert, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Clinical Applications Specialists, Project Managers, and Service Engineers, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer success plans to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Analyze data and metrics to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement.
You're the Right Fit if You:
Have experience in customer relationship management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.
Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.
Hold a master's degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English and ideally have practical experience in a clinical setting.
