Equine Veterinarian at Mälaren Hästklinik

We are seeking an experienced Equine Veterinarian to join our team at Mälaren Hästklinik in Örebro. As a key member of our orthopaedic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to sport horses and racing trotters.

Our clinic is equipped with modern digital radiograph, ultrasound, endoscopy, focused shock-wave, and in-house blood analysis. We use orthobiologics such as IRAP, PRP, PRF, and can add the objective gait analysis system Sleip as a complement during our lameness examinations.

We work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with a team of highly qualified veterinarians, nurses, a physiotherapist, and a farrier. We offer extensive education programs, both within the organization and external sources, to ensure our team members stay up-to-date with the latest developments in equine medicine.

• Equine Veterinarian with EU license and at least 3-5 years of working experience.
• Fluency in English and willingness to learn Swedish over time.
• Driving license required.
• Education in sport horse medicine and experience in working with lameness and poor performance are meriting.
