About This Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our operations team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning and coordinating resources to deploy major system releases and maintenance releases within predicted cost, time, and quality estimates.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive the release process to ensure smooth deployment of technology systems.
  2. Create detailed plans for implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.
  3. Provide regular updates on release activities and ensure that necessary resources are allocated.
  4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders from IS/IT, business, and development projects.
  5. Lead the Go-Live activities for successful deployment of releases.
  6. Facilitate discussions and meetings with the team to discuss release schedules and identify potential roadblocks.
  7. Manage the planning process and resolve any challenges that arise during detail planning.
  8. Prepare and deliver technical project presentations.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IS/IT/PLM operations/support or similar.
  • Proven track record of successful project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management practices and company-specific processes.
  • Good knowledge of software development lifecycle, ITIL best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English, with ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
