We are seeking an experienced Passenger Sales Manager to join our Nordic team
As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing passenger sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
- You will lead the development of country-specific plans, aligning with our overall passenger sales strategy.
- You will maintain relationships with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners to foster new business opportunities.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in air charter, passenger solutions, and the aviation industry. They must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to succeed in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement passenger sales strategies across the Nordic region.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with regional passenger brokers to provide valuable insights and support their efforts.
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position within the Nordics.
- Local language and English proficiency.
- In-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Proven track record in the aviation sector.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
