We are seeking an experienced Passenger Sales Manager to join our Nordic team

As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing passenger sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion.

  • You will lead the development of country-specific plans, aligning with our overall passenger sales strategy.
  • You will maintain relationships with existing and new clients, suppliers, and partners to foster new business opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in air charter, passenger solutions, and the aviation industry. They must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to succeed in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement passenger sales strategies across the Nordic region.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with regional passenger brokers to provide valuable insights and support their efforts.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position within the Nordics.
  • Local language and English proficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in the aviation sector.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
