We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brainlab Specialist - Imaging Systems to join our team. As a key member of our technical customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot issues independently. As a Brainlab specialist, you will work closely with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include installing new devices and software in hospitals, performing maintenance and inspection of systems/devices, and troubleshooting and repairing systems/devices. You will also be responsible for completing installation or service assignments quickly and efficiently, planning and organizing service assignments conscientiously, and documenting performed services according to company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work self-sufficiently. Strong communication skills in English and Swedish are essential, and experience in the field of X-ray imaging systems or scanners is desirable.
