Agricultural Innovator

As an Agronomist at Frövi Greenery AB - Lindesberg, you will be responsible for planning and leading cultivation work in our state-of-the-art greenhouses. This involves monitoring climate and irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant growth and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and quality.

• Plan and execute cultivation activities to achieve high-quality crop production.
• Monitor and maintain climate and irrigation systems to optimize plant growth.
• Conduct regular plant health checks and implement pest control measures as needed.
• Document and analyze data on climate, irrigation, and cultivation processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in greenhouse cultivation, preferably high-wire tomato production.
• Knowledge of climate systems such as Priva or Hoogendoorn is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop team members, and strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, resilient under pressure, with a strong focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
