About the Team

Our team is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to finance and accounting. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team and lead our compliance function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, with experience in financial regulatory compliance, auditing, and risk management. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to financial regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations to management.
  3. Leverage compliance expertise to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  4. Lead and manage a high-performing compliance team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in compliance leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate compliance insights and recommendations to non-compliance stakeholders.
  • Experience with compliance software, such as Thomson Reuters or Compliance.ai.
