Foodora AB - HQ seeks an experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join its finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely rider payouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the rider payments team to calculate rider pay according to payout cycles agreed with riders.
• Liaise with country finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely rider payout processing.
• Implement bonus and penalty adjustments not included in the Rooster rider pay system.
• Analyze and resolve rider pay anomalies through basic query execution and manual rule implementation.
• Collaborate with fintech and quality teams to enhance payment integrations and automate repetitive tasks within the payout process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR, operations, or payment operations roles, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or tech industries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including data analysis and compliance expertise, to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as rider payments, People, and Finance, to address payment-related issues and optimize processes.
• A keen eye for detail when monitoring outliers, payment fraud, and enforcing compliance measures consistently.
• Experience in process optimization, focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and risk management within the payment process.
