Om rollen:

Du som är specialist i Digital Workplace har en viktig uppgift att utföra. Din ansvarsskyldighet omfattar drift och utveckling av Virtual Desktop Infrastructure & Enterprise. Detta innebär att du måste se till att tjänsterna fungerar korrekt och leverera hög kvalitet, tillgänglighet och digital medarbetarupplevelse.

I den här rollen arbetar du nära Product Owner med teknisk planering och roadmap. Du kommer också att samarbeta med IT-partners för att säkerställa att produkterna följer säkerhetsstrategier och riktlinjer.

Du ansvarar även för operativ ledning och utveckling av Virtual Desktop Infrastructure & Enterprise samt mobility management. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att optimera, automatisera och hantera livscykelhantering av tjänster inom området.

Krav och förutsättningar:

  • Ventilerad erfarenhet av att arbeta med IT-förvaltning/utveckling inom Digital Workplace i större organisationer.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper om teknologier och tjänster kring området End User Computing (särskilt fokus på Virtual Desktop Infrastructure och Enterprise Mobility Management).
  • God kännedom om IT-infrastruktur och IT-säkerhet.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med agila metoder och designa operativa processer.
