We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our on-device home energy management system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning product development, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and service/installer staff.
Key Responsibilities- Set clear requirements for the underlying hardware platform, ensuring seamless integration with our software stack.
- Navigate a team of software engineers, informed by market insights, commercial viability, and technical feasibility, to drive product development forward.
- Collaborate closely with our industrialisation, mechanics, and electronics teams to bring the electronics platform to life with software.
- Work with other software teams to integrate, optimise, and adapt control and telemetry software on our developed electronics.
- Solid experience in product management with agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience developing embedded systems or hardware-close software, preferably with electronics and/or in the energy systems sector.
- A solution-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
