Job Description

As a Digital Media Specialist - Stockholm, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across various programmatic platforms and formats, tailoring tactics to client goals while ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams to facilitate training sessions and upskilling initiatives in Sweden, ensuring the team remains equipped with the latest programmatic knowledge and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own advanced programmatic operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standards and deliver measurable business results.
  2. Develop and test innovative solutions, exploring new platforms, ad tech capabilities, and optimization strategies to enhance deliverables and maintain a competitive edge.
  3. Mentor and guide junior colleagues, providing technical expertise, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in the programmatic field.
  • Deep expertise in DV360 & CM360, but also good knowledge outside of the GMP product portfolio (e.g. Adform, Xandr, TheTradeDesk, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data across both marketing & analytics platforms (e.g. GA4).
