About the Role
  • Developing test strategies: Create comprehensive plans to ensure high-quality results in factory system testing.
  • Testing activity management: Oversee planning and execution of testing activities to meet project timelines and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Quality control and assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks and implement effective procedures to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Team leadership: Lead and motivate team members towards common goals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Compliance and standard implementation: Establish and enforce effective procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards in all aspects of factory system testing.
Your Background
  • A bachelor's degree in STEM fields is essential for this role, as it provides a solid foundation for understanding complex systems and technologies.
  • Possess knowledge of software tools and programming languages used in control systems PLC, SCADA, DCS, which are critical for designing and implementing efficient testing strategies.
  • Understanding of protection principles, relay coordination, and fault analysis in HVDC systems or equivalents is highly advantageous, as it enables you to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively report on progress and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Proficient in both English and Swedish, with speaking and writing skills in both languages, allows you to communicate effectively with diverse groups and adapt to different cultural contexts.
