Lead Quantitative Analyst for Personal Banking

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Quantitative Analyst to join our team in Personal Banking's Data, Digital Sales and Engagement (DDSE) Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build our omnichannel customer journey experience.

You will work closely with our digital customer journey teams to design and develop customer engagement activities that leverage data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to build our omnichannel customer journey experience.
  • Designing and developing customer engagement activities that leverage data and analytics.
  • Collaborating with digital customer journey teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Enabling data for analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.
  • Recommending and performing analysis of different data sources.
  • Collaborating with a wider data analyst community to build analytics & tools needed for business development.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning models.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics/data science.
  • Proficiency in using data science programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
  • Knowledge of tools like Hive, Snowflake, and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Agile development approach understanding.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English.
