Key Responsibilities- Work closely with site managers and site management teams to drive site performance and achieve financial targets.
- Develop and implement financial analysis and planning strategies to support business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
- Relevant supply chain management, financial, and/or engineering education.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in supply chain/operations roles or site controlling roles in a complex and international business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
