Role Overview:
This position requires a skilled production engineer to oversee planning and execution of various construction works, including support bank placement and dam heightening. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction works to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective production schedules, tonnage plans, and logistics strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a technical post-secondary education, preferably an engineering degree, and relevant experience in mine planning or large-scale construction planning. Strong knowledge of construction machinery theories and methods, as well as experience in project management, is highly desirable.
