Job Description:

As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee cross-team and cross-domain deliveries, providing strategic oversight, and driving project-related communication and planning.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute software projects that meet high quality and speed standards.
  2. Provide guidance on scaled agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  3. Lead milestone planning, execution, delivery, and release of complex Engineering cross-team initiatives and projects.
  4. Effectively monitor project progress and present updates to relevant stakeholders and team members.
  5. Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  6. Develop and refine cross-product line processes for managing initiatives, projects, and dependencies.

Qualifications:

A seasoned leader who excels in an agile environment, builds strong relationships, and drives results through collaboration and clear communication.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of a few years' experience in software organizations, preferably in leadership roles such as Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
  2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, or Agile.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
