Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Swedbank.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to identify and predict customer needs, driving proactive sales and personalized communication towards the corporate segment in Swedbank's Swedish business.

• You will utilize your programming and statistical skills to develop models that drive business growth in retail banking.
• As part of an analytical team close to operations, you will be responsible for the full analytical process, from identifying business opportunities to developing and deploying models, as well as creating data-driven initiatives.
• You will perform detailed analyses on large datasets and provide management with actionable, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

• This is a key position within our organization, requiring a creative and problem-solving mindset as well as an ambition to make a difference.
• You will need a fundamental understanding of areas in data science (statistics and machine learning) and an interest in corporate retail banking and how a corporate customer's needs and challenges change throughout life stages.
• A university degree in a technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or engineering is also required.
