About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Producer to join our team at Arkane Studios. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and timely delivery of a section of a major AAA project.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team members from across various departments to deliver game features.
  • Work with Directors, Leads, and other Producers to define milestone goals and short-term sprints.
  • Set up sprints and maintain the product backlog for the areas of the game under your responsibility.
  • Track, communicate progress, and resolve problems during sprints.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term capacity planning methods.
  • Coordinate and manage approvals from creative and technical Leads.
  • Coordinate gameplay/focus test sessions.
  • Coordinate and keep documentation of development meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a AAA studio.
  • Experience in game development, particularly in level design, coordination, and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work within a modern game development process and resolve problems proactively.
