About the Role:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the terminal, fleet, and driver operations to deliver exceptional service while maintaining cost-efficiency. This leader will empower employees to take ownership of their duties, develop in their roles, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They should possess a strategic mindset, be able to develop creative solutions, and have expertise in handling staff issues and occupational health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the site by initiating and implementing tactical and strategic activities that align with Instabee's long-term strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and follow up with employees in their respective assignments.
  • Manage sorting and driving operations at the terminal to meet delivery deadlines without errors.
  • Analyze and identify cost drivers, ensuring a cost-effective business.
  • Manage staff scheduling to achieve cost efficiency and staff motivation.
  • Ensure employee safety and provide a good work environment.
  • Be responsible for recruitment, retention, and development of staff, including performance reviews.
  • Oversee the site's budget and KPIs.
