Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Umeå. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial management of our manufacturing plant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing insights to drive business decisions.

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide weekly analysis and monitoring of plant-related KPIs, including manufacturing variances, costs/absorptions, and labor utilization. Prepare and present financial reports to Ops and BU leadership.
2. Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the preparation of P&L monthly forecasts and annual budgets. Analyze monthly actuals and variances to forecast and prior year, providing commentary to explain the variances and recommend actions.
3. Standard Product Cost (SPC) Analysis: Support the annual SPC process, including analysis to evaluate the impact of standard cost processes on inventory and plant financials.
4. Business Partnership: Serve as a business partner to the operating team, driving business initiatives and profitability.
5. System Mastery: Master the usage of systems, including Oracle, Onestream, Clicksense, Basware, Workday, Flex, and Alert.

1. Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience in a comparable role, with preferred previous experience in manufacturing finance analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, ability to summarize results and complex data in a succinct manner, and present to non-financial management. Professional Office skills, especially Excel, and corporate reporting tools experience.
