About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Management Specialist to join our Nordic team in Stockholm and drive commercial growth in the Swedish retail market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth by identifying new opportunities and improving existing ones.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Customer Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with major retailers (ICA and Coop) to drive business growth.
  2. Profit and Loss Management: Own and manage the P&L for key Swedish accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
  3. Negotiating Promotions: Prepare and drive annual negotiations and operating plans, negotiating and implementing promotional plans to drive sales growth.
  4. Assortment, Distribution, and Rotation: Optimize product placement, distribution, and rotation to secure listings of new products and meet growth ambitions.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Away from home (foodservice)) and external partners to achieve high-revenue goals

  6. Growth Mindset: Drive business growth by identifying and seizing new opportunities, using a growth mindset to take the Nordics business to the next level.

Your Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus.
  2. +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Account Management, experience from Grocery/FMCG Retail is a plus.
  3. Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is crucial.
  4. Languages: Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills.
