As an Infrastructure and IT Operations Leader, you'll be part of a dynamic IT team based in Stockholm, Liljeholmen. You'll work closely with our global Infrastructure organization, managing all IT systems worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all IT environment, including Help Desk operation, asset management, and contracts.
  • Providing 1st line support services for Edenred employees, including business app availability.
  • Managing business operations tasks, such as data fixes, client ordering, and reporting file management.
  • Following up on Cloud Infrastructure and IT Operation SLAs and monitoring alerts.
  • Delivering best-in-class Infrastructure services to all departments, in line with Global Technology expectations.
  • Contributing to global Infrastructure and IT Operations Services on a regional level and being the escalation point.
  • Understanding local business unit strategies, roadmaps, and requirements, working closely with local teams.
  • Translating business unit requirements into Infrastructure requests, projects, and transformations.
  • Managing global and local Infrastructure project portfolios and associated roadmaps.
  • Contributing to Infrastructure global projects deployment, with a focus on Cloud migration, legacy, and security transformation projects.
  • Developing and publishing regular dashboards and KPIs to all BU and GT stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Infrastructure and help desk operation management.
  • Good technical skills in Infrastructure and help desk operation management, including operational roles in international and multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • A significant experience in Azure Cloud services, including migration projects and subscription administration.
  • Experience in 1st line support, with an interest in technology overall.
  • Experience in Windows Servers, O365, Call Center, VMware, and SQL, database administration, and scripting.
  • Financial, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Great intellectual agility and the ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel.
  • Experience or interest in service delivery and End User experience.
