As an Academic Club Manager at Jönköping Student Union, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Akademien, a popular student-run nightclub.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working with volunteers. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students at the club, while also maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily operation of Akademien
  • Maintenance of venue and inventory
  • Safety protocols and risk management
  • Supervising volunteer teams
  • Collaboration with other student union staff

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Swedish and English languages
