About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment process, managing key stakeholder relationships, and prioritizing candidate experience and quality of hire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about shaping the future of recruitment and developing hiring processes with our business leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a Robust Recruitment Strategy: Craft a comprehensive recruitment plan that aligns with our business objectives, considering factors such as market trends, competitor activity, and candidate demand.
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with our hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Design and Deliver Engaging Interview Experiences: Create compelling job descriptions and design engaging interview experiences that showcase the best of what we offer.
  4. Drive Results-Oriented Recruitment: Focus on delivering results-oriented recruitment efforts that meet our business objectives, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
