Commercial Role: Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead commercial and tender management efforts in the Nordics and Baltics region.

This role requires strong business acumen, a competitive mindset, and experience in tender management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building consultative relationships with managers, coworkers, and customer stakeholders at all levels.

  1. Demonstrate authority, confidence, and intelligence required to deal directly with each customer group on general matters relating to tenders and contracts.
  2. Gain a greater understanding of local stakeholders, barriers, and constraints to build commercial solutions that capitalize on identified opportunities.
  3. Support and drive stakeholder discussions to ensure market share opportunities are maximized to support the achievement of organizational business strategies.

Requirements:

  • A university business degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in building and executing short- and long-term commercial plans.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
